A comb that turns common haircuts, such as fringe straightening, trimming split-ends or straightening the hairline into simple homemade tasks that do not require visiting the hairdresser.
The comb measures the hair length from the scalp with a deviation error smaller than 1%. and measure the cutting angle for the user, in a manner that enables achieving a straight hairline easily and without need for any prior skills.

Development, done in collaboration with the hair stylist Eli Biran, included product specification while contending with several major requirements, including:
- Precise measuring of hair length from the scalp
- Usability for any hair color and type
- A safety system that will not allow the hair to get entangled in the comb mechanism.
- Low production cost based on common oof-the-shelf components.
- Convenient and intuitive user experience
- Patentability and possibility for protecting the product under a patent
After reaching the leading technological concept, the system was designed to demonstrate the feasibility and the proof of concept using rapid production technologies. Following the proof of concept, which showed promising results, the Geomatrix technological department created a prototype of the product with detailed electromechanical design, taking future serial production into consideration (plastic parts suitable for injection, minimal quantity of parts and quick assembly options).
Following the proof of concept, a detailed electromechanical planning was made for a prototype, taking future serial production into consideration (plastic parts suitable for injection, minimal quantity of parts and quick assembly options). After the detailed design, the first prototype was produced using rapid production technologies. After undergoing a series of tests, the prototype unit successfully met the defined specification. The developed product is currently in the advanced stages of patent submission and was showcased several times on TV.
